How It Works

  1. You share your account list. Export from HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or CSV. We need company name and domain as a minimum. The more fields you already have, the faster we validate and fill gaps.

  4. We validate and standardise. Enriched data is normalised to your CRM schema - consistent job title formats, standardised industry codes, clean address fields. No manual reformatting required on your end.
  5. We deliver a CRM-ready file. You receive the enriched dataset plus a gap report showing what changed, what we could not source, and recommendations for ongoing maintenance.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many records can you enrich at once?
There is no upper limit. We have enriched datasets from 500 to 50,000 records. Turnaround scales with volume - 2,000 records typically takes 5-7 business days.

What if you cannot find data for a record?
We flag it transparently. You receive a completeness score for every record. Some companies - particularly small private firms - have limited publicly available data. We never fabricate information to fill gaps.

Is the enriched data GDPR compliant?
Yes. We source under legitimate interest, screen against TPS/CTPS, and document the lawful basis for every record. You receive source documentation suitable for an ICO audit.

Do you integrate directly with our CRM?
We deliver CRM-ready files mapped to your schema. If you need direct API integration for ongoing enrichment, we set that up as part of a retainer engagement.

What is the difference between enrichment and a CRM health check?
A health check audits what you have - duplicates, decay, compliance gaps. Enrichment adds what is missing. Most teams benefit from both, and we often run them together.
