ClientWise ("we", "us", "our") is a UK-based data operations company that provides CRM data services including reputation audits, ICP-verified prospect pools, deliverability protection, and always-fresh pipeline retainers. We are the data controller for the personal data we collect through our website and services.

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and company name when you submit our contact form or book a call.
  • Usage data: pages visited, time on site, referral source, and device/browser information collected via analytics.

  • CRM data: data you provide or grant us access to as part of our services, processed under a separate Data Processing Agreement.

8. Cookies & Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. We use cookies and similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) to run our website, remember your choices and understand how visitors use our pages. We use Trackable CMP to let you control what is stored on your device, grouped into these categories:

  • Strictly necessary - security, forms and remembering your cookie choice. Always on.
  • Functional - remembers your settings and choices.
  • Analytics - statistics about how the site is used (Google Analytics, PostHog and our own visit journey), so we can see what works and improve it.
  • Marketing - advertising, and measuring whether our ads work.

Analytics and functional storage start from your first visit, as UK law allows for statistics used to improve a website, unless you object: choose “Reject all” in the banner, or at any time, and we remove them. Marketing cookies are only set after you accept them. We use Google Consent Mode v2, so Google's tags follow your choice. The table below is kept up to date automatically by regular scans of this site.

9. Local Storage & Session Storage

In addition to cookies, we use your browser's local storage and session storage for functionality and analytics purposes. These are listed in the table above alongside cookies for full transparency. Local storage persists until cleared; session storage is automatically deleted when you close the browser tab.

When you withdraw consent for a category, we delete the corresponding storage entries immediately.
